Production Technologist

Key responsibilities

• Develop product formulations and keep them under continuous review
• Prepare product quality documentation in accordance with standards
• Check finished-product specifications for compliance with standards
• Develop equipment cleaning plans and cleaning formulations
• Monitor raw-material quantities and consumption in product formulations
• Analyse laboratory results and monitor changes
• Update product formulations based on laboratory results
• Ensure finished products remain within the required standards
• Monitor cleanliness in production areas

Required knowledge and skills

• Knowledge of production processes
• Technical knowledge of beverage production
• Punctuality and attention to detail
• Analytical skills
• Decision-making skills
• Proficiency in office software

Education and experience

• Higher education in food engineering or chemistry
• At least three years of experience in carbonated and non-carbonated beverages
• Experience in beverage production is an advantage

Working conditions

• Full-time, five-day working week
• Workplace: Avrora Industrial Park, Hokmali settlement
